HSC e-Locums is used by all Trusts in Northern Ireland to advertise medical locum adhoc shifts/short term cover (normally less than 3 months).

All Trusts are committed to using this service as ‘first port of call’ to fill their medical locum requirements.

All locums registered on this system will have their ‘first pick’ of available locum work across the province, and receive competitive rates of pay for this work.

HSC e-locums gives you access to an unrivalled range of opportunities in the area, specialism and level that suits you best.

Participation will enable you to work additional shifts within the Trusts of your choice, enabling you to earn extra income and build on your experience.

Currently HSC e-locum is only available to HSC employees, however in the future we plan to rollout to external applicants, as well as all grades who wish to take up locums shifts in any hospital in Northern Ireland.
